Wefixm (wefixm.com) processes personal data to operate a marketplace between vehicle owners and workshops in Uruguay, in line with Ley 18.331 and related regulations.

## What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), vehicle and request details you submit, workshop profile data, messages and photos attached to a job, and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

## Why we use it

To create and route budget or claim requests, show quotes, let parties coordinate the repair, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and comply with legal duties. We do not sell personal data.

## Sharing

Data is shared with the workshops (and, when you start a claim, the broker) that need it to quote or perform the work. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, object storage) process data under contract.
